Preparation Instructions | طريقة التحضير:
Place somen in boiling water and gently stir to loosen.
Once boiling resumes, reduce to medium heat and cook until tender (do not let the water overflow).
Drain and rinse thoroughly under running water.
Quickly chill the noodles in ice water and serve cold.
Prepare dipping sauce and condiments in advance.
١. ضع نودلز السومين في ماء مغلي وحرّكها بلطف لتفكيكها.
٢. بعد أن تبدأ بالغليان مرة أخرى، خفف الحرارة واطبخها حتى تنضج (تجنب فوران الماء).
٣. صفِّها واشطفها جيدًا تحت الماء الجاري.
٤. برّد النودلز سريعًا في ماء مثلج ثم قدمها باردة.
٥. حضّر صلصة الغمس والتوابل مسبقًا.
